  1. Publish bulletin regularly throughout the year.

  2. . Give coverage in each issue to:
  • Club activities in all four avenues of service
  • Forthcoming events
  • Rotary Information
  • Guest Speaker with photograph
  • Members’ Birthday / wedding anniversary
  • Achievements of members
  • Minutes of meeting
  • Matters of topical interest
  • Advertiser(s)j sponsor(s), if any

   3 . a) To mail METRO VOICE to absentee members after meeting.

        b) Regularly send IYlETRO VorCE to District Officials & other clubs by rotation

 

  WEBMASTER

  1. Upload current bulletin on Club Website.

  2. Constantly update web-site

  3. Upload photographs of current activities.
 

  MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Chairperson: Ruj Kumar Poddar / Co-Chairperson: Subha Pal

  1. Retain 100% members as on l'"July 2007 and have a membership growth of 5%.

  2. 2. Induct at least two lady members between 1" July 2007 and 30"h September 2007.

  3. Update classification list and publish the list latest by 31st August 2007.

  4. Make efforts to fill up important unfilled classifications, to achieve balanced and diversified member-ship.

  5. Try to enrol Consul-generals of foreign embassies as Honorary member(s).

  6. Recognize and reward individuals who propose and bring in new members.


  FUND RAISING

  1. Raise Rs.4 lakhs from advertisements j donations through Installation Souvenir.

  2. Organize fund-raising events durinq the year for Service Projects


  LEGAL AND TAXATION

  1. 1. Ensure that Club & Trust comply with all statutory requirements (audit, I-T returns, Service Tax, TDS, TDS returns, Tax collections/ payments, FCRA, 80-G registration, etc.) at all times during the Year

  2. Update bye-laws In line with RI guidelines and print new booklet, if required .


  ROTARY INFORMATION AND BRAND IMAGE

  1. Promo1. Arrange quiz on Rotal-y matters through METROVOICE & in regular meetings

  2. Invite PDGs to speak on Rotary matters.

  3. Have orientation programme for new & recent members and ensure members participation In District conference

  4. Promote "ROTARY" as a brand with long-term strategy through Billboard-Displays, Website Promotion, TV & Print Media .

  5. Undertake at least two projects which enhance the Public Image of Rotary .

  6. Report to GML & Rotary News 4~ Report summary of club activities with photographs to R.I. / District on monthly basis .
