1.    To publish Metro Voice bulletin for each Regular Weekly Meeting.

2.    To bring Souvenir on the day of Installation.

3.    To bring special issues on Leg for Legless, Gift of Sight, Gift of Life and other important        projects.

4.    To give coverage to Club activities in all five avenue of services, Rotary information etc.

 

1.    To ensure attendance of minimum 60% in club regular meetings.

2.    To motivate members on regular basis.

3.    To inform members well in advance about important projects/events of the club.

4.    To suitably recognize the members for 100% attendance.

 

1.    To make Regular Weekly meeting interesting by way attractive programs/innovative formats.

2.    To bring high profile Guest Speakers from diverse fields.

3.    To have special meets for flagship projects of the club.

 

1.    To invite PDGs to speak on Rotary and its services.

2.    To do quiz on Rotary at RWM and through Metro Voice.

3.    To have orientation program for new and recent members and to ensure their participation in        District Conference.

4.    To promote Rotary through Billboard displays, Website and others.

5.    To promote coverage through print media.

 

1.    To report Club activities regularly to District, RI, GML and Rotary News & Report.

1.    To organize 4/5 joint meetings with other clubs.

2.    To organize fellowships and events with other club.

3.    To send Goodwill delegations to other clubs includes sister clubs.

4.    To ensure good participation in the District Conference.

5.    To participate in District Quiz competition.

6.    To participate regularly in all District program/events and to hold ½ District event.
