           b) Regularly send METRO VOICE to district officials & other clubs by rotation.

1. Ensure that the club and trust comply with all statutory requirements (audit, IT returns, Service Tax, TDS, TDS returns, Tax collections/payments, FCRA, 80 – G registration etc.) at all times during the year.

1. Arrange quiz on Rotary matters in regular meetings.
   
   
2. Have PDGs to speak on Rotary matters.
   
   
3. Promote “Rotary” as a brand with long term strategy through billboard displays, website promotion, TV, and print media.
   
   
4. Have Orientation programme for new and recent members and ensure Members participation in District Conference.

4. Hold two major fund raising projects during the year.
