1. Have three fellowships during the year in addition to the following:

• Installation meet
• DG’s visit night
• Club President’s thanksgiving fellowship on 17th June

    2. All Inner Wheel members, spouses of deceased members & ex-members to be invited to join club fellowships.

1. Promote new members of the Club.
   
   
2. Liaise regularly with Club Trainer to ensure mentoring and training of new members.


3. Retain 100% members as on 1st July 2010 and have a membership growth of 10%.


4. Induct at least two lady members between 1st July 2010 and 30th September 2010.
   
   
5. Update classification list and publish the list latest by 31st August 2010.


6. Make efforts to fill up important unfilled classifications, to achieve balanced and diversified member-ship.
   
   
7. Try to enroll Consul-Generals of foreign embassies as Honorary member(s).
   
8. Recognize and reward individuals who propose and bring in new members.

1. Raise Rs.10 lakhs from advertisements & donations through Installation Souvenir.


2. Organize fund-raising events during the year for Service Projects.
   
   

1. Ensure that Club & Trust comply with all statutory requirements (audit, I-T returns, Service Tax, TDS, TDS returns, Tax collections/payments, FCRA, 80-G registration, etc.) at all times during the Year.
   
   
2. Update bye-laws in line with RI guidelines and print new booklet, if required.

1. Store/restore hard copies of all bulletins, records, photographs, video clippings, certificates, awards of the Club since its inception.
   
   
2. Create and update record of all Club Presidents and their achievements year-wise. The present “ YEAR THAT WAS” could serve as a reference point.


3. Create and update record of all club members with their classifications and photographs since the inception of the club.


4. Prepare a list of all projects done so far along with the names of associates, partners, etc.
   
   
5. Digitize all records as far as possible and upload them on the club website.

1. Organize Art events (painting, sculpting, music, acting, plays) in keeping with club’s image as a patron of worthy artistic ventures.
