1.    To have fellowship on the day of Installation, DG's visit and Club President's thanksgiving on        17th June and other important days/events.                    

2.   To invite Inner wheel members, spouses of deceased members & ex-members.

 

1.    To retain 100% members as on 1.7.2011 and have a membership growth of 10%.

2.    Update classification list and publish the same before 30.9.2011

3.    To make necessary efforts to fill up important unfilled classifications in order to achieve        balanced and diversified membership.

4.    To explore enrolment of Consul-Generals of foreign embassies as honorary member(s).

5.    To recognize and rewards individual members who propose and bring in new members.

 

1.    To raise Rs.6.00 lakhs from advertisements and donations through Souvenir.

2.    To organize events for fund raising for Service projects.

 

1.    To ensure that both Club and Trust comply with all statutory requirements viz: Audit, Income-
       Tax returns, Service Tax return, TDS return, Tax collections/payments, FCRA, 80-G renewal
       etc as and when required.

2.    To update bye-laws in line with Rotary International guidelines and print new booklet, if        required.

 

1.    To organize events like Painting, sculpting, music, acting, plays etc in keeping with Club's        image as a patron of worthy artistic ventures.

 

1.    To organize Kolkata Haat on regular basis.

2.    To do service projects with them.

3.    To hold joint meetings with them.

 

1.    To prepare and update the Club archive of the club's activities since inception.
