- Identify the needs of our existing RCCs beyond scope of existing 3H and MG activities and explore possibility of implementing same.
- Arrange holding of RCC meetings in a democratic manner and elect suitable RCC leaders to effectively deliver the objectives of RCCs.
- Arrange RCC fellowships and sports activities to involve and encourage villagers to integrate themselves with RCCs and through them with the various schemes launched by our Club for their successful implementation.
- Hold talks and workshops in RCCs to enhance the level of understanding of the village folks about safe drinking water, sanitation, health, education, adult literacy, vocational training and micro-credit projects and implementing them successfully under Club guidance.
- Sponsor & involve RCCs in the proposed projects to (a) save the environment around the famous Santragachi Jheel and (b) Rain Water Harvesting and Solar Energy at Piyali.
- Showcase products of RCCs through Exhibitions and the Club’s own proposed kiosks at project sites.
- Propagate Rotary’s brand image amongst village population covered by our RCCs.
- Submit monthly activity report to the club Board and also various Rotary journals including G M L.
- Highlight important achievements in the form of photo features through media – both Rotary and beyond.
- Submit reports of RCC activities to the District in an appropriate and timely manner to ensure recognition of good work at the District Award function(s).

- Follow RI & RI District 3291 guidelines closely for implementation.
