CLUB COMMITTEES & OBJECTIVES 2011 – 2012


INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

Director : PP Vishnu Dhandhania

  EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Chairperson: Rtn. Gaurang Jalan  /  Co-Chairman: Rtn. Renu Todi
 

1.    Motivate members to participate in Rotary exchange programs, such as Group Study        Exchange (GSE), Rotary Friendship Exchange (RFE) and Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) by        hosting teams in the following manner:

       *   Extending home hospitality,
       *   Take them to club project sites to understand our activities.
       *   Arrange vocational exchange meetings so that they can exchange ideas with their             counterparts.

2.    To Identify & sponsor suitable candidate(s) for outgoing GSE (team leader or member)        and/or Ambassadorial Scholarship and/or Rotary World Peace Fellowship.

 


  INTERNATIONAL SERVICE PROJECTS
Chairperson: PP Pradip Bothra  /  Co-Chairperson: PP Sampath Kumar
 

1.    To identify need based new Matching Grant projects.

2.    To find international sponsors for Grant projects.

3.    To identify clubs to co host the project.

4.    To coordinate the application, implementation and reporting aspects of ongoing and new        grant projects in accordance with TRF guidelines.

 


  WORLD PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING
Chairperson: IPP Jayanta Chatterji / Co- Chairperson: PP Sampath Kumar
 

1.    To build up relationship with Rotarians across the globe.

2.    To arrange international Publicity of our Projects.

3.    To hold events for International Understanding and World Peace by holding seminars and        international evenings.

 


  INTERNATIONAL REPORTING & MAGAZINE
Chairperson: Rtn. Subir Datta / Co-Chairperson: Rtn. Seema Daga
 

1.    To report summary of club's monthly activities to District and other Rotary and non-Rotary        publications.

2.    To report summary of club activities on weekly basis for printing in Metro Voice.

3.    To present features from club members and activity reports to global Rotary magazines and        websites.

 


  ANNUAL PROGRAM FUND
Chairperson: PP I.K.Gupta / Co-Chairperson: Rtn. S.R. Mundhra
 

1.    To support TRF by contributing of US$ 100 or more per capita in Annual Programs Fund        contribution.

2.    To arrange at least some contribution to TRF by each member physically.

3.    To arrange TRF meet and honor new PHFs and Major Donors in a memorable way.

4.    To hold fund raising activities for TRF contribution such as Art for a Cause.
